The role is responsible for providing technical support for ERP applications, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and code fixes. This involves supporting L2 Functional Consultants through technical guidance and analysis, performing code analysis to identify root causes of issues, and developing necessary code changes to resolve application or integration/API issues.
The role also includes developing reports to address and correct data-related issues.
Role Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 or 2018 (5-10 years experience on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Strong knowledge of C/AL development concepts
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and middleware
- Experience in ITIL / AMS environments, ideally as L3 technical suppor
