During a Typical Day,You'll- Bring your passion and love for technology to knowwhat'sgoing on with the latest technology products and help customers
- Follow up on specific issues and resolve to completion
- Completed senior high school or two years in college
- At least 3 months of BPO experience
- If high school graduate (old curriculum), candidate must have at least 2 years BPO voice experience
- Recognize,applyand explain your product or serviceknowledge
- Computer experience
