Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process customs related documents for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including bills of lading, certificates of origin, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipment-related paperwork.
- Manage freight forwarding operations by coordinating with carriers, shipping lines, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
- Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure the smooth and timely clearance of goods across international borders.
- Stay up-to-date with changing customs legislation and freight forwarding requirements, adapting to new rules quickly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to customs documentation, freight forwarding processes, or clearance delays.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all shipments, customs declarations, and freight forwarding records for easy reference and audits.

Qualifications:
