Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee logistics operations including warehousing, inventory, and transportation
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to all stores, events, and special projects
- Supervise and monitor preventive maintenance and repair activities for all company vehicles
- Develop logistics strategies to optimize costs and improve service levels
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (delivery times, freight costs, inventory accuracy)
- Lead and manage logistics staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with procurement and operations to forecast supply needs
- Implement process improvements and use logistics software/systems
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or BusinessExperience: Atleast 3 years in logistics or supply chain management, with 2 years in a leadership role
Skills: Strong planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills; Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS)
