Our Ka-Eastern Account Managers Enhances the sales team’s ability to promote and sell Eastern’s ICT products and services (cloud, cybersecurity, data center services, collaboration, and managed ICT services). This role provides the technical expertise needed to strengthen sales performance and deliver customer‑aligned solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
The ideal candidate must be:
- A graduate of Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or any related courses.
- An experienced professional in various ICT products and services, preferably in cloud, cybersecurity, and networking, in either a pre‑sales or account manager role.
- Equipped with strong strategic and consultative selling skills, with solid business and financial acumen.
- Strong in presentation, communication, analytical, and planning skills.
- Success-driven and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
