Online Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Online Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, promote products or services, and drive sales through online channels. The ideal candidate will communicate with customers through chat, email, social media, and other digital platforms while providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, social media, and online platforms
• Promote and sell products or services to potential customers
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Track and follow up on leads and sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals
• Update customer information and sales records in the system
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve customer experience

• Proven experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce is preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of online sales platforms, social media, or e-commerce systems
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations
• Good organizational and time-management skills
