Training Center Manager

The Training Center Manager for is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the training center for Beverage courses (Barista, Bartending, Wine Service). This includes managing the facility’s cleanliness and orderliness, coordinating schedules and resources, overseeing inventory and equipment, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of trainers and participants.
The role also involves maintaining communication with various departments to resolve issues promptly and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the training center at all times, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all users.
- Training Support: Ensure all necessary equipment and support are available for training sessions, including technology, materials, and supplies.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory checks and manage the ordering of required stocks and supplies to ensure there are no shortages.
- Compliance & Conduct: Implement and enforce the house rules and code of conduct in the center to ensure a respectful and productive environment.
- Schedule Coordination: Coordinate with training specialists to schedule sessions, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with the center’s needs.
- Issue Reporting & Solutions: Identify potential problems related to operations and recommend effective solutions to the Operations Manager.
- Maintenance Coordination: Address any maintenance concerns promptly and coordinate with the appropriate departments or personnel for timely resolution.
- Administrative Coordination: Liaise with the head office for any administrative, utility, or manpower-related concerns that arise.
- Reporting: Submit required reports as needed, detailing operational activities, inventory status, and any relevant incidents or updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position, ideally in a restaurant or fast food setting.
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and coordinate multiple activities efficiently.
- Highly adaptable and flexible in response to changing demands.
- Proficient in managing inventory and overseeing stock control.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Open to undergoing cross-training to enhance skills and professional development.
