Talent Acquisition Sr. Specialist
Responsible for managing day-to-day recruiting operations to the assigned client group while serving as a TA Sr Specialist to guide and train new team members, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and business priorities.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic hiring goals.
- Monitors daily recruitment processes and provides staffing support to cross-functional teams.
- Reviews personnel requisition forms for accuracy, ensuring that positions are viable and aligned with workforce plans.
- Consults with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans, interview processes, and hiring guides for maximum hiring success.
- Assess candidates through language evaluations and competency-based interviews to determine their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Monitors pre-employment requirements and checks including background verification and medical
- Manage creating and sending of offer letters to the candidates
- Trains and guides new team members, ensuring consistent application of processes and best practices.
- Ensures compliance with established recruitment policies and procedures.
- Requires Bachelor's degree and with 5+ years of related staffing experience or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Experience in mentoring or guiding team members is strongly preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are preferred.
- Ability to work a graveyard/overnight schedule
