Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach HR Contact Center team
- Manage daily operations, SLAs, and KPIs (CSAT, quality, productivity)
- Handle escalations and support complex cases
- Drive performance, engagement, and process improvements
HR Senior Specialist – US
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex HR inquiries and escalations (Tier 2/3)
- Provide expertise on U.S. benefits, leave (FMLA/ADA), payroll, and policies
- Maintain knowledge base and improve processes
- Support team training and capability building
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 5+ years HR experience in Shared Services / Contact Center
- Strong knowledge of U.S. HR processes and compliance basics
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Additional:
- Supervisor: 2–3 years leadership experience
- Senior Specialist: Experience handling complex HR cases
