Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a company that delivers end-to-end mobility solutions. Our respected client is seeking for a HR Employee Shared Services Head who will lead and manage centralized HR operations and employee services across the organization, with primary oversight of Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations functions.

The role ensures efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR service delivery while driving operational excellence, process improvements, and workforce support aligned with business objectives. This role has a hybrid work requirement in Taguig and will be reporting to the Chief People Officer.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

HR Shared Services Leadership
  • Lead and oversee HR shared services operations and service delivery across the organization.
  • Develop and implement standardized HR processes, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and HR process automation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, audit requirements, and data privacy regulations.
  • Manage HR systems, employee records, reporting, and HR operational metrics.
Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and hiring operations to support workforce requirements.
  • Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure timely hiring, quality candidate experience, and recruitment process effectiveness.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, hiring efficiency, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Lead employer branding and recruitment process improvement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration and ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee benefits programs.
  • Support salary review processes, benefits management, and compensation benchmarking initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and company compensation and benefits requirements.
  • Partner with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee compensation administration.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to rewards and benefits programs.
Employee Relations
  • Lead employee relations programs and support resolution of workplace concerns and disciplinary cases.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and labor law compliance.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
  • Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Oversee investigations, documentation, and case management processes as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience leading HR shared services or HR operations teams.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and HR service delivery systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a shared service, medium to large scale enterprise, or high-growth organization.
  • HR certification or postgraduate degree is an advantage.
  • Experience leading HR transformation or process improvement initiatives
