We are a fast-growing cleaning company based in Melbourne, Australia, offering residential and commercial cleaning services. We’re now expanding and looking for a driven, enthusiastic remote team member to help us grow through social media outreach.

Job Description:

As our Social Media Outreach Specialist, your role is to connect with small local businesses in Melbourne via social media (mainly Facebook), introduce them to our services, and invite them to try our promotional cleaning offer.

Responsibilities:

• Use our Facebook and social media accounts to search and connect with small business owners in Melbourne.
• Send professional, friendly messages to introduce our business and offer a trial clean.
• Maintain a log of all conversations and leads in a simple spreadsheet or CRM.
• Follow up with interested leads and hand over qualified contacts to our sales or bookings team.
• Help us understand which outreach messages work best by sharing feedback and improving communication.

Requirements:

• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Active Facebook and social media presence.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or lead generation is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Chatty, have high energy
• Familiar with Melbourne or Australian businesses (preferred but not required).
