This role will train the Social Media Intern to be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to analyze data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

In your day-to-day, you will be involved in the following:

• Social promo/activation management as needed
• Support the Strategy & Social Media Team with social content ideation, scheduling and reporting.
• Support event coverage and posting as needed
• Support with social listening and consumer research to help improve brand’s online presence and communication campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and communicate these to the team to aid with campaign and content ideation
• Keep track of deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
• Social media community management including inbox and comments
