We are hiring for a Service Manager - Housekeeping (Public Area & Laundry).

As a Service Manager - Housekeeping (Public Area & Laundry), we rely you to:

• Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
• Maintain a high performing team
• Supervise the team in the maintenance of guest rooms and replenish room supplies
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times
• Ensure the quality of service delivered is compliant with hotel guidelines and policies
• Adhere to Shangri-La room standards policy
• Maintain the public and general areas
• Report any maintenance-related issue to the Engineering Department

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in being a hotelier

• Fully understands room operations
• Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
• Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
• Has strong interpersonal skills
