Responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality service delivery, and proper coordination between technicians, mechanics, installers, and support staff. The role ensures that all vehicle services are completed on time, according to company standards, safety protocols, and customer expectations.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- TESDA NC II or higher certification in Automotive Servicing or related technical field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in automotive workshop operations, service supervision, or technical team leadership.
- Strong Leadership and Team Management
- Automotive Technical Knowledge (PPF, Tint, Detailing, Mechanical Services)
- Workshop Operations and Workflow Management
- Quality Control and Inspection Skills
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
- Strong Communication and Coordination Skills
