Junior Architect (Project Based)
About the role
Bayanihan Development Corporation is seeking a talented Junior Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Junior Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative architectural projects in General Trias City, Cavite.This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic objectives and gain valuable experience in the field of architecture.
What you'll be doing- Assisting in the design and planning of residential, commercial, and public buildings
- Producing detailed architectural drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs are practical, sustainable, and comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Conducting site visits and inspections to gather information and monitor project progress
- Participating in project meetings and presenting design concepts to clients
- Assisting with the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a project-based or contract role
- Proficient in the use of CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
