- Proficient in Drafting and Presentation through Revit or similar software
- SketchUP, Lumion, Autocad proficiency are a plus.

- Able to meet deadlines
- Interpret the vision of the senior architects
- Working with other professionals in collaboration for the project design and planning
- Communicate with clients for presentation of design, pegs, inspirations, planning up to construction and post-construction
- Guide and work with apprentice architects in a courteous and constructive way
