We are now expanding our corporate sales engine and looking for a sharp, driven Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and connect with the next generation of Class A clients across Mindanao and beyond.
The Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective corporate clients. Your job is to identify companies, organizations, and institutions that fit our Class A account profile, reach out to them through phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify their potential, and book discovery meetings for our sales team.
This is a hunter-focused role — you won't be closing deals or attending field meetings. Instead, you'll focus on what you do best: opening doors. Your work directly fuels the company's sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Research and build prospect lists
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls, emails
- Qualify leads
- Book discovery meetings between qualified prospects and the field sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all activity in the company's CRM
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Track and report weekly activity metrics: outreach volume, meetings booked, qualified handoffs
- Continuously refine prospecting approach based on response rates and conversion data
- College graduate (any business, communications, marketing, or related field preferred but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold outreach emails
- High resilience — able to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Curious and resourceful — willing to research companies and decision-makers before reaching out
- Detail-oriented with strong CRM and data discipline
- Coachable, hungry to learn, and growth-oriented
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, BPO, or B2B outreach
