About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic retail teamLTD' in Balintawak Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall sales and operations of our lighting showroom.
What you'll be doing- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their queries and helping them find the perfect lighting solutions for their needs
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our product range to customers
- Process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring products are well-displayed and the space is clean and organised
- Liaise with the warehouse team to facilitate product deliveries and exchanges
- Support the store manager with administrative tasks as needed
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the lighting or home decor industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and knowledgeable service
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and record-keeping
- Enthusiasm for providing a high-quality shopping experience and a genuine interest in the products you'll be representing
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required
