Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, maintain records, and provide excellent customer service.

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including scheduling meetings and organizing files.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain customer databases and update client information regularly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.

• Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or relevant administrative role is an advantage
