Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Representative to conduct video consultations with business owners about AI-powered marketing solutions. This role blends client consultation, relationship management, and strategic implementation support.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and skilled at translating complex technology into clear, accessible, and business-friendly language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional video consultations with business owners to assess their online presence and identify their core marketing needs
- Present analysis, strategic recommendations, and implementation plans in language that is clear, accessible, and actionable for non-technical audiences
- Guide clients through their decision-making process and outline concrete next steps for adopting AI-driven marketing solutions
- Follow up with leads to schedule appointments and advance them through the sales pipeline
- Build and continuously refine systems and processes to improve conversion rates and overall client satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance service delivery and elevate the client experience over time
- Gather and relay client insights to inform ongoing product and service development
- Maintain consistently high professional communication standards across every client touchpoint
Mandatory Requirements:
- Native or near-native English communication skills — written and verbal — MUST
- Availability to work during U.S. Eastern hours, 9 AM to 6 PM ET
- Professional video setup including a quality camera, microphone, reliable internet connection, and a clean and appropriate background
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain and business-friendly terms
- Self-starter mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems independently
- Minimum one year of experience in business development, sales, customer success, or a startup or small business environment
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn and adopt new tools
Preferred Skills:
- Background in digital marketing, SEO, or technology-related industries
- Experience in B2B sales or business consulting
- Proven track record in closing deals or managing long-term client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking capabilities
- Genuine curiosity about business operations and a natural inclination toward problem-solving
