Background
CoreData is looking for a Senior Research Analyst to own research projects from survey creation and fieldwork through to data analysis and final reporting. You will use Q software and other standard tools to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, presenting findings through clear charts, tables, and report drafts, while mentoring junior analysts and supporting data quality across the team.
This is a full-time, Manila-based role best suited to researchers with at least 5 years of experience in a market research agency or similar environment. You will be part of a large, collaborative Manila team working directly with our global offices on international projects.
The Role

As a Senior Research Analyst, you will work on projects from survey design and fieldwork all the way through to final reporting, running quantitative analysis in Q software, translating data into sharp charts, tables, and polished drafts, while coaching junior analysts and keeping the team's quality bar high.

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using Q software and other statistical tools
- Prepare data tables, charts, and draft research reports for client delivery
- Maintain data integrity and quality control across all research outputs
- Supervise and mentor junior analysts, providing constructive feedback and day-to-day guidance
- Collaborate with senior consultants and global team members across multiple time zones
- Support process improvement initiatives and internal training
What we are looking for
Essential- Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Communication Research, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in market research, data analytics, or a closely related field
- Strong hands-on experience with questionnaire design and survey programming/uploading
- Proficiency in Q software or another statistical analysis tool or programming language (e.g., SPSS, R, Python)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail and strong time management
- A collaborative, self-driven work style with a proactive attitude
- Desire to work in Pasig city on a hybrid arrangement
- Prior experience managing client relationships or presenting findings directly to clients
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
- Interest in digital research tools, emerging methodologies, or data visualization
