Project Manager
Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned to organizational goals. This role manages resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, and keeps stakeholders informed throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Define and manage project scope, objectives, budgets, and schedules.
- Allocate and forecast resources effectively to meet project milestones.
- Monitor progress and implement adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage vendor and supplier contracts and coordinate deliverables.
- Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders on strategy, risks, and progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of project management experience in software development lifecycle, system implementation, or digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP certification preferred; Agile/Scrum experience or certification preferred.
