Logistics Coordinator

This role involves coordinating deliveries, managing warehouse inventory, and ensuring all logistical documentation is accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction logistics and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics:

• Coordinate delivery schedules with Engineering Department and procurement team
• Communicate shipping status updates to internal departments
• Monitor transportation of materials to and from construction sites.
• Liaise with site supervisors to ensure timely arrival of equipment and materials.
• Resolve any delivery delays or logistical issues on-site or off-site.

Warehouse & Site Operations:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials in the warehouse to the construction sites.
• Ensure materials are stored in compliance with safety and usage requirements.
• Keep track of tools and equipment issued to and returned by site teams.
• Maintain proper labelling and organization of construction materials.

Inventory Control:

• Maintain up-to-date records of material quantities, usage, and stock levels.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile with manual database
• Track material usage across various construction sites and flag shortages.
• Coordinate with procurement for reorders and replenishments.

Documentation:

• Maintain all shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Prepare delivery notes, packing lists, and transfer documentation for site deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory documentation standards.
• Assist with audits and inventory checks by providing accurate records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics, supply chain, or construction management preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in construction logistics, warehouse, or inventory roles.
• Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and job site operations.
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and logistics planning.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with field and office teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
