Job Overview
We are seeking a Channel Lead for Digital & Social Media to drive content strategy and execution across B2B, B2C, and provider audiences. This role will lead digital and social campaigns, optimize performance, and bring innovative ideas—leveraging new technologies like AI—to enhance engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategy and execution of digital and social media content across multiple audiences (B2B, B2C, and providers)
- Plan and develop content for paid and owned digital and social campaigns in collaboration with creative teams
- Establish channel best practices, governance, and performance standards
- Drive innovation in content creation, including the use of AI and automation tools
- Partner with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align content with brand and campaign goals
- Oversee content calendars to ensure timely and consistent delivery across platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI
- 8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content strategy
- Proven success managing large-scale digital and social campaigns across multiple audiences
- Strong knowledge of paid and organic social strategies, digital trends, and emerging technologies
- Experience with AI content tools and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
