Job Description:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive performance tracking dashboards and reporting systems
• Enhance the performance management, including process improvement, benefits, and welfare programs, providing recommendations through data & insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and enhance productivity
• Implement and monitor the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives
• Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with reporting standards
• Work with departmental heads to establish project teams and ensure the objectives of the required improvement are identified, owned, documented and measured in order to allow progress reporting.
• Develop alternatives to enhance operational policies, standards and procedures
• Propose business process improvements through workflow analysis methods to support system development throughout project life cycle

Qualifications:

• Preferably with 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst in performance excellence or similar field on a BPO set up
• Demonstrated quantitative skills with the highest degree of precision
• Excellent communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to key stakeholders
• Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data-driven recommendations
• Experience in business and data analysis is an advantage
• Proven experience of working successfully in a collaborative team environment across different cultures, operating with and influencing others to achieve a common objective
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
