Qualifications:
- Must have at least 6 months of volume hiring onboarding experience in a BPO setting
- Has knowledge and understanding of Recruiting and Onboarding strategies, background check verification process, and facilitating new hire orientation
- Excellent communication skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
- Maintain an updated roster of candidates’ information
- Monitoring and tracking pre-employment requirements
- Act as a resource of new employees’ general questions
- Facilitate language assessments
- Conceptualize employee branding and recruitment strategies
- Send daily reports and weekly hiring data
- Source, screen, interview, and profile candidates
- Endorsement and monitoring of background check verification
- Scheduling of pre-hire orientation and new hire orientation
- Facilitates a seamless new hire onboarding process
- Perform other duties as assigned
