Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage new leads.
  • Clearly communicate our Accessory Dwelling Unit offerings and value proposition to prospects.
  • Qualify leads through needs analysis and pass high-potential prospects to the closing sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Provide insights from client conversations to help refine messaging and offerings.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in construction, real estate, or homebuilding industries.
  • Experience with manufactured housing or Accessory Dwelling Units is highly preferred.
  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills – accent clarity is crucial due to client-facing phone responsibilities.
  • Strong personal outreach skills – confident, persuasive, and engaging.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage a fast-paced pipeline.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
  • 2+ years in a similar SDR or inside sales role.
  • Knowledge of the ADU market or zoning/permitting processes is a plus.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, though not required.
