Patient Services Coordinator

Job description:

• registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed information
• facilitates patient flow by communicating with patients and clinical staff
• answers inquiries through different communication channels
• assists in the daily operations and administrative tasks of the Center
• provide guidance, support, and appropriate referrals to patients and their families
• assist patients in understanding available services, programs, and resources
• coordinate with internal and external partners for patient needs and follow-up care

QUALIFICATIONS:

• preferably a graduate of BS Social Work, BS Psychology, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• professional license/certificate is an advantage
• experience in a health/patient-care environment is desired
• willing to work on weekends and holidays
