What you'll be doing
  • Answering and responding to inbound customer calls, emails and other enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Logging and tracking customer issues and requests using our internal systems
  • Escalating complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate team members
  • Performing basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry and report generation
  • Providing general office support to the wider team as required
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the B2B or telecommunications sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Competent in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
  • A positive, friendly and professional attitude with a keen focus on delivering exceptional customer service
