You will work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies across various channels, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with company goals and constant communication with the senior professionals in China, Taiwan and other Mandarin speaking counterpart and clients.

• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for new or improved marketing strategies.
• Plan, create, and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Develop compelling content for websites, social media, emails, blogs, brochures, and more.
• Monitor website traffic, performance, and analytics.
• Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications.
• Organize and attend marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
• Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems is a plus.
• Analytical skills – to interpret marketing data and consumer behavior
• Communication skills – for writing content and coordinating campaigns
• Digital marketing skills – Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media
• Creativity – to design innovative campaigns and branding strategies
• Project management – to coordinate timelines, teams, and deliverables
• Sales knowledge – understanding how marketing ties into sales funnels and conversions
