We're Hiring: Operations Manager (Healthcare)

Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for driving excellence in healthcare? We're looking for a proactive and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our healthcare center and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

• Lead and oversee the overall operations and performance of the healthcare center.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to support staffing, patient growth, compliance, facility readiness, and cost management.
• Monitor center performance, identify operational challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Manage vendor coordination, supplies, maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
• Track action plans, resolve operational issues, and provide timely updates to management.

• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, healthcare administration, clinic management, or a related field.
• Experience in a healthcare, dialysis, hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, solution-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities and drive operational success.
