 A.  General Duties Teaching Procedures
  1. Plans lessons and classroom activities systematically, carefully
and thoroughly; 2. Strives for mastery of all aspects of the subject to arouse and
maintain the interest of the class; 3. Stimulates skillfully the thinking power of the students by
asking intelligent and thought-provoking questions; thus, developing their ability to formulate opinions, clarify
issues, form concepts, make decisions, and evaluations; and
  1. Gives clear and definite instructions and sufficient time
allowance for doing assignments and the subject

requirements.

Medium of Instructions
  1. Strives to master the language of instructions;
  2. Makes information understandable to students; and
  3. Uses concrete, imaginative, and interesting language.

Instructional Tools

Utilizes instructional tools effectively, which are:
  1. Varied, such as Audio-Visual or Multi-Media;
  2. Adequate in reinforcing learning;
  3. Adequate in arousing interest; and
  4. Cost-effective.
Classroom Management
  1. Maintains order and cleanliness of the classroom;
  2. Minimizes, if not eliminates, disturbances to learning; and
  3. Promotes a human atmosphere that is congenial and conducive
to learning.
Testing and Evaluation
  1. Formulates objectives that are specific, measurable,
attainable, realistic, and time- bounded; 2. Makes known to the students the objectives of the lesson
and leads them towards their attainment; 3. Explains to the students the basis for grading and
evaluates their performance as deemed fair strictly in
accordance with the established grading policy of the
school. In case of any complaint, the teachers concerned

shall immediately take appropriate action, observing the
process; 4. Asks thought-provoking and probing questions to lead
the students to think analytically and critically; 5. Constructs test items that effectively gauge students’ mastery
of the knowledge and competencies learned in the class; and
  1. Ensures that conditions contributive to the maximum

development of learners is adequate and shall extend

needed assistance in preventing or solving learners’

problems and difficulties.

Qualifications/Requirements

The applicant for a teaching position must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree in Education and preferably a Licensed Professional Teacher.

The applicant for SPECIAL EDUCATION should have any of the following:

  • Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education
  • With MA units and or with teaching experience as SpEd Teacher
The applicant for FINANCE OFFICER must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree in Accountancy, and a Certified Public Accountant

Has adequate technical competence, good human relations, a desirable Catholic Christian attitude, and personal qualities of effective

personnel.
With strong moral character.

Computer-literate.
