Store Planning Assistant

The Store Planning Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Store Planning Manager in developing and executing store layouts, floor plans, and fixture plans for new, renovated, or relocated retail locations. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Merchandising, Construction, and Visual Merchandising to ensure that store designs align with brand standards, customer experience goals, and business requirements.

• Assist in the preparation and revision of store layout plans, fixture schedules, and merchandising plans.
• Coordinate and compile requirements from different departments for new store openings or renovations.
• Maintain and update store plan databases, AutoCAD drawings, and project documentation.
• Help monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met in coordination with the Store Planning Manager.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, and suppliers regarding store plan-related matters.
• Conduct site audits and store visits when necessary to gather data and support planning.
• Track and manage inventories of store fixtures, furniture, and equipment as required.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports for project updates and planning meetings.
• Support in ensuring compliance with retail design standards and local building codes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design and planning tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with retail store layouts, fixtures, and construction terminology is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel frequently.

WORK ARRANGEMENT:

• Monday to Friday (On-site)
• 8am-6:30pm, 9am-7:30pm, or 10am-8:30pm
• Located in Bagumbayan Libis Quezon City, near Eastwood.
