Field Sales Associate (Davao Region)

Take ownership of a growing territory across Davao region:

• Davao del Norte, Davao Oriental, Davao del Oro, ComVal
• Davao City - Davao Occidental and Davao del Sur

As our Field Sales Associate (Jr. Sales Development Officer), you will identify new business opportunities and revive inactive accounts within your assigned area, ensuring they meet sales and collection targets. This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

Other responsibilities include:

• Acquire new accounts and reactivate inactive clients to grow territory reach
• Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and execution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for sustained growth
• Manage territory coverage, merchandising, and promotions
• Ensure accurate documentation, timely collections, and credit compliance

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of a Business or Engineering course
• Open to fresh graduates; with 1–2 years of sales experience and a valid motorcycle license is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned across Davao region.
