Medical Examining Physician

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Physical Examination
• Do thorough and complete medical history (PE)
• Give initial treatment/advice to patients (Per PE and Clinic Guidelines)
• To take on other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed physician for 2 years (required)
• At least 2 years of experience as a practicing physician (required)
• Must have Certificate of Registration (accomplished 2303 BIR form)
• Must have Professional Tax Receipt/Service Invoice
• Must be willing to undergo Maritime Occupational Safety and Health (MOSH) Training
