Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct medical consultations, assessments, and physical examinations for employees
2. Assist in the evaluation and interpretation of pre-employment and annual medical examination results
3. Provide appropriate medical treatment, prescriptions, and referrals as needed
4. Respond to workplace medical emergencies and provide immediate care
5. Support the implementation of occupational health and wellness programs
6. Monitor and manage work-related illnesses and injuries, including documentation and follow-ups
7. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of employees
8. Coordinate with HR and management on employee health concerns, fitness to work, and medical recommendations
9. Ensure compliance with occupational health standards, DOH, and DOLE regulations
10. Assist in health education initiatives, including seminars, vaccinations, and wellness campaigns
11. Collaborate with the Company Physician and healthcare team in improving healthcare delivery services
12. Participate in audits, inspections, and reporting related to employee health and safety

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a valid PRC license
2. With training in Occupational Health (e.g., Basic Occupational Safety and Health [BOSH] for Physicians) is an advantage
3. At least 1–2 years of clinical or occupational health experience preferred
