We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on Microsoft 365 experience to join our growing remote team.

Role Overview
As an L1 IT Helpdesk & O365 Administrator, you will provide remote technical support to multiple clients across different industries. You will assist with user concerns, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage support tickets, and support Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide remote IT support to end users across various client environments
- Manage and respond to support tickets within agreed timelines
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printer, and connectivity issues
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 concerns including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and account management
- Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration tasks such as password resets, user creation, license assignment, and mailbox support
- Monitor backup jobs and escalate or resolve issues as needed
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for issue resolution
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical updates accurately
- Support onboarding and offboarding-related IT tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the client or internal leadership team
- Previous experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Technical Support roles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, hardware, and Windows environments
- Experience using ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
- Experience supporting Australian clients or international teams
- Familiarity with backup monitoring tools
- Exposure to Active Directory, Azure AD, or Intune
