RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the development & implementation of culture building programs and employee engagement activities in line with the IPC Culture.
Collects feedback and suggestions from employees and develops employee engagement program proposals based on the evaluated concerns of stakeholders.
Leads in the development of the employees’ newsletter and drives employee awareness of company rules, regulations, and activities through various communication channels.
Coordinates with the Labor Management Council on labor-related matters and prepares necessary documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related course.
With at least 3 years of related experience; experience in the manufacturing is an advantage.
An agile HR practitioner with an exceptional degree of self-leadership, resourcefulness, and analytical skills.
Results-driven and output-oriented.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive individual with a high level of integrity and sense of urgency.
With keen attention to details and good organizational skills.
