Employee Relations Specialist

The Employee Relations Specialists provides guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies within the organization. The role helps address employee concerns, ensure compliance with company procedures, and support the implementation of HR programs to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations and engagement concerns within the assigned business unit
• Handle and resolve employee concerns, incident reports, and disciplinary cases (IR, NTE, hearings, termination, RTWO)
• Monitor performance management processes such as performance evaluations and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
• Prepare and issue necessary HR and disciplinary documents
• Conduct exit interviews and provide insights related to employee retention and workplace experience
• Assist in handling legal cases and ensure compliance with reportorial requirements (e.g., DOLE submissions)
• Prepare and submit necessary HR reports and trackers
• Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives across the organization
• Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend improvements
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures across the organization

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or any related behavioral science course
• With 1–2 years of experience as an Employee Relation Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role (experience in manpower, BPO, or related industries is an advantage)
• Experience handling 200–300 employees (FTEs) is preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• With strong leadership and people management skills
• Demonstrates professionalism, resilience, and strong work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
