About the role
Are you an experienced Production Supervisor with a passion for driving operational excellence? Dermesse Inc.', manufacturer of skincare products, is seeking a skilled and driven Production Supervisor to oversee our production facility in Pasay City.In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes, optimizing output and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the work of production teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of manufacturing targets
- Develop and implement production schedules, work plans and processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Monitor production data, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and environmental regulations within the production facility
- Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain and quality assurance, to optimize overall manufacturing performance
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Experience must be specifically within the cosmetics or skincare manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling and process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and act proactively
- Proven track record of leading and motivating production teams to achieve operational excellence
- Familiarity with quality management systems and production KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
- Acceptable related fields include Science or Chemistry in addition to Engineering and Operations Management
