Training Specialist (URGENT HIRING!)

PC Express is seeking a talented Training Specialist to join our dynamic team in San Juan City. As a Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering engaging training programs that empower our employees to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's overall success.

1. Assess the training and development needs of our employees to identify areas for improvement
2. Design and develop high-impact L&D training materials, including presentations, webinars, and e-learning modules
3. Deliver training sessions and workshops to various departments, ensuring content is tailored to the specific needs of each audience
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training programs that address soft skills
5. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective
6. Maintain comprehensive training records and provide detailed reports on the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and development

1. Bachelor's Degree in any relevant program
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in a training and development role, preferably handling soft skills training and module creation
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs and design effective solutions
5. Proficiency in creating and delivering training materials using a variety of tools and platforms
6. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs that drive measurable improvements
7. Adaptable and flexible, able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
8. Willing to work on-site in San Juan City from Monday to Saturday
