Requirements:

  • With 1 to 2 years of HR administrative experience.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Has leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Knowledge in payroll and compensation standards.
  • Independent, confidential and thorough.

Job Description:

  • Supports human resources processes by screening and interviewing applicants; administering tests; scheduling appointments; orienting new employees; administering employee benefit programs; maintaining records and information, assist in preparing and auditing payroll.
  • Prepares government required remittances .
  • Liaisons with manpower agencies.
  • Other administrative functions.
