About the role

This full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic HR initiatives of our dynamic organization. As a HR Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a range of HR services to support our employees and drive business success.

1. Provide HR advisory and support to employees and managers on a wide range of HR policies, processes and procedures
2. Assist with the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
3. Administer HR systems and databases to maintain accurate employee records
4. Coordinate employee benefits, payroll and leave administration
5. Support organizational learning and development initiatives
6. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement of HR practices
7. Ensure HR compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies

1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
2. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a consultancy or shared services environment
3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies and best practices
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
5. Proficient in using HR information systems and MS Office applications
6. Adaptable, service-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
