We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful HR and Finance Officer to assist in managing daily departmental functions and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance against established budgets.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate logistics for company events.
- Process and maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts, analyzing variances, and identifying trends.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and labor laws.
- Supervise office maintenance including liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Business Admin, or any 4-year related course
- With 2-3 years experience in a related field
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Trustworthy, organized, and can handle confidential data
- Able to communicate professionally in English
