[ref. m17344200] Accounts Receivable Associate

The Accounts Receivable Associate will work closely with both internal stakeholders and client partners to ensure timely payments, smooth financial operations, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices and billing statements in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable ledgers and ensure prompt collections from clients.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, resolve discrepancies, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing documentation and requirements.
• Maintain compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations and other relevant standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with client payment teams to facilitate seamless transactions.
• Assist in preparing reports on accounts receivable status and aging analysis.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for improving receivable processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or accounting (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Familiarity with BIR requirements and compliance is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal team coordination.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
