Areas of Responsibilities:

• Constant collaboration and intervention with Security, IT, Admin on SOP and Audit
• Ensuring that the client governance structure aligned with CTS is effectively
• implemented
• Business Continuity Planning and execution with GBS Client and CTS Corp Sec
• (disaster recovery)
• IT Asset Management (validation and approval)
• Collaboration with HR to ensure timely closure of BGV associates
• Develop and maintain project risk management and mitigation plans
• Reviewing company policies before implementation
• Conducting Internal Audit
• Ensuring onboarding and offboarding procedures are adhered in a timely manner
• Constant client communication
• Generating of recurring reports
