We're Hiring: Real Estate Virtual Assistant (KW Experience Preferred)
Location: Remote | Schedule: EST (Part-time Role)

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to support a top Keller Williams Realtor based in Maryland. If you’ve worked with realtors before (especially at KW), know your way around social media, and thrive in fast-paced environments—this is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Marketing- Plan, create & schedule content (FB, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Design marketing materials (Canva, CapCut, ListingsToLead)
- Manage brand consistency & engagement
- Run basic reports & assist with paid ads (FB/Google)
- Monthly newsletters, drip campaigns, and website updates
- Organize and manage 1,900+ leads
- Tag, update, and clean contact data
- Skiptrace and validate info
- Nurture leads via SMS, email, and follow-up
- Send daily EOD reports
- Calendar & email management
- Help with buyer/seller presentations
- Maintain systems, SOPs, and basic financial tracking
- Use tools like Asana, GSuite, Excel
- Experience supporting a Realtor (KW is a plus!)
- Strong in social media & CRM tools
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Comfortable working EST hours (Maryland time)
