MARKETING COORDINATOR

About the role

This position is essential to ensuring our marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively, whilst maintaining strong coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.

1. Manages the company's social media platforms.
2. Develops and maintains the social media content calendar.
3. Generates content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
4. Coordinates content production with the Graphic Artist and Videographer.
5. Produces basic AI-assisted static graphics and simple animated content when needed.
6. Schedules and publishes approved content across digital platforms.
7. Monitors engagement and prepares basic social media performance reports.
8. Ensures all published content follows brand guidelines and marketing schedules.

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
2. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications or administrative support role
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent attention to detail
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools (experience with social media management platforms and basic graphic design tools is advantageous)
5. Knowledge of digital marketing principles, social media strategy and content management
6. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
7. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
8. Familiarity with the energy sector or renewable energy industry is preferred but not essential
9. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work under pressure
10. Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
