Role Overview:
The Account Manager will be responsible for driving profitable business growth for Ericsson through strategic customer engagement, solution selling, and proactive relationship management. The role demands a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of the telecom landscape, and the ability to translate customer needs into effective end-to-end solutions.
What You Will Do:- Secure short-term and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on a fundamental understanding of customers’ business, operations, and objectives.
- Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end-to-end solutions, ensuring seamless transition from sales to operations.
- Develop both internal and external relationships to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful.
- Focus on selling a specific part of the portfolio, a specific segment of the customer’s business/technology area, and/or a defined geography.
- Maximize customer relationships and loyalty through consistent engagement and value delivery.
- Create and pursue sales opportunities that generate profitable revenue for the organization.
- Optimize account team performance and enable seamless handover to operations teams.
- Education: MBA - ongoing is okay, Sales (Required)
- Working experience: 2-3 years’ experience in the Telecom industry. (Required)
- Consultative selling skills and strong commercial understanding.
- Customer and market insight, coupled with effective negotiation skills.
- Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving and business development.
- Strong social ability and interpersonal skills to build lasting professional relationships.
- Intellectual ability and critical thinking to navigate complex sales environments.
