Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure that incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products meet the company's quality, food safety, and regulatory standards. This role is responsible for conducting inspections, monitoring production processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting compliance with GMP, HACCP, the Halal Assurance System (HAS), and other quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect delivery trucks to ensure compliance with quality and sanitation standards.
• Perform sampling and inspection of incoming packaging materials based on established quality procedures.
• Verify compliance with product specifications, including packaging quality, labeling, quantity, and finished product appearance.
• Perform Vitamin A fortification activities following approved procedures.
• Perform activities related to the Halal Assurance System (HAS) in accordance with established company procedures.
• Ensure proper handling, segregation, monitoring, and documentation of materials covered by the Halal Assurance System.
• Report any actual or potential non-conformities that may affect product compliance.
• Comply with all GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, Halal Assurance System (HAS), and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Quality Control Manager.

• College level or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Nutrition and Dietetics, or any related science course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• College-level applicants with relevant manufacturing or quality control experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and the Halal Assurance System (HAS) is an advantage.
• Willing to undergo Halal awareness and competency training.
• Must be able to perform assigned responsibilities in accordance with company policies, applicable certification requirements, and regulatory standards.
